You can build a list of matches for uninstalled fonts.
To build a list of matches for missing fonts
1 Click Tools, Options.
2 In the list of categories, double-click Text, and click Fonts.
3 Click the PANOSE Font Matching button.
4 Click Exceptions in the PANOSE Font Matching Preferences dialog box to change the default substitution font.
5 Click the Add button.
6 Type the name of the font to replace in the Missing Font box.
7 Choose a font that is installed on your computer from the Substituted Font list.
Accurately map fonts that have a different font family but look similar by editing the Alternate Spellings list.
