You can change the properties — such as number of points — of a polygon or star. You can also use the Shape tool or Pick tool to change the shape of the polygon or star.
You can control which points of a star are connected to which others by adjusting the sharpness level. As you increase the sharpness level, the points on the star become more pronounced.
If you want the changes you make to one node to be reflected on all associated nodes, you can mirror edit the polygon or star. When mirror editing, you can move, add, and remove segments and nodes. Nodes can be changed to smooth, cusped, or symmetrical, and segments can be straight or curved.
