Using the Scaling With Image option

Scaling an image specifies whether the thickness of the object's outline remains the same or changes in proportion to the object's size. If the Scale With Image check box is enabled, the outline thickness increases when you enlarge the object (by scaling or stretching) and decreases when you make the object smaller.
