Making a Fractal Pattern

A fractal is an irregular geometric shape that comes from the Latin fractus, meaning broken or uneven. The Make Fractal option in Painter allows you to create these geometric patterns by adjusting certain settings. Once you create a fractal pattern, you can save it as you would any other pattern.

2* Click on Make Fractal Pattern. The Make Fractal Pattern dialog bo* will open,

4, Click on OK when you have finished manipulating the pattern. The pattecn will open as a regular document.

3. Click and drag any of the sudor bars to adjust the appearance of the fractal pattern. A preview of the pattern appear in the Preview w window.
